Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on business days ship the same day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, allow 24 hours and then contact us at service@corapure.com.
Try the system for 60 days. If it isn't the right fit for any reason, email us at service@corapure.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Both opened and completely used product qualifies. All returns must be physically sent back to receive a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
We process orders quickly so they ship on time. If you need to make a change, contact us at service@corapure.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or cancelled. If your order has already shipped our 60-Day Guarantee has you covered.
